Friday August 15:
3pm-9pm: Racer packet pickup and on-site registration (inside main building) THERE IS NO PACKET PICKUP OR REGISTRATION ON SATURDAY MORNING! ALL WAIVERS MUST BE SIGNED BY 9PM FRIDAY IF YOU WANT TO RACE. No checks, please. CASH, VISA, MC only.
6pm-9pm: Festival Dinner (if you arrive after 9pm we can't guarantee you will get a dinner). Sorry, Friday dinner is not included if you have a race-only entry.
7:00pm: Q&A with the Pros (pavilion)
7:30pm: Meet and greet (a.k.a drink a beer) with Team Dicky (pavilion/@ the keg)
8:30-10:00 pm: Organized Night Ride- bring your lights!
Saturday August 16:
5:15-6:45am: Festival Breakfast (Sorry, Saturday breakfast is not included if you have a race-only entry)
6:30am: Spectator shuttle leaves for cheering section @ Coopers Gap (top of the first climb)
Sunrise(approx 6:45 am): 100 mile race start
6:45am: SAG wagons leave--your SAG bags must be dropped by 6:45 am!
7:00am: 50 mile race start
9:00am: Organized group rides (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)- meet at the pavilion. Maps will be available.
Afternoon:
Bike Games (Pixie Race, Bunny Hop, Bike Limbo, Bike Toss & Derby Bull Fight)
12pm-3pm: Festival Lunch & 50mile post-race meal
1pm: 50 mile Race Awards (podium and KOM)
6pm(ish): 100 mile Race Awards (podium and KOM) and Bike29.com 29er Awards/Contests
5pm-9:30pm: Festival Dinner & 100 mile post-race meal
7:30pm: Sunday Mystery Adventure Ride briefing
9:30pm: Klunkerz MTB Movie
